Jason Neukirchner, President
Jason Neukirchner founded Adept Solutions in 2003 after working in the San Francisco Bay Area as a Systems Engineer and Network Adminstrator. Prior to starting Adept Solutions he was an Administrator for a Microsoft Affiliate in Healdsburg, California and simultaneously administered a Macintosh and PC based network environment. He has over 16 Years of Professsional Experience and is our Master Technican.
Geoffery Granger, Vice President and On-Site Service Technician
In 2005, Geoff was invited to join and really begin us filling out the core to the Adept Solutions team. He’s grown personally and professionally since being here at Adept Solutions. Our customers love Geoff and you will too! After Adept Solutions incorporated, Geoff became the Vice President of Adept Solutions, Inc.
Sara Neukirchner, Secretary
In 2005, Jason added his wife Sara to his staff bringing an additional 9 years of experience to the Adept Solutions team. Sara has previously worked for several Fortune 1000 companies in the Bay Area as a Senior Network Engineer and NT Administrator. Sara is a Dell Certified Systems Expert, a Microsoft Certified Professional and has experience administering Cisco networks in large enterprises.
In addition to Jason and Sara, Adept Solutions expanded their team to eight. All of the technicians bring key skills to the team including Apple Macintosh repair and advanced hardware repair and support.
Kris Granger, On-Site Service Technician
Kris is one of two on-site technicians providing technical service and support to hundreds of customers each month.
Kristian Holm, In-House Shop Technician
Kristian is great! And loves to help our customers with their computer repair needs.
Milestones
The company began January 1, 2004 as Adept Solutions with Jason Neukirchner as Owner and only technician.
In August 2005, Adept Solutions opened it’s door at our current location at 603 Colusa Ave Suite E, Yuba City, CA 95991 with 5 Employees.
In September 2006, Adept Solutions incorporated and is now doing business as Adept Solutions, Inc.
In 2007 – Adept Solutions, Inc. is now one of the the Yuba-Sutter area’s largest authorized reseller of technology brands and services.
In 2007 – Adept Solutions, Inc. has over 1300 satisfied and continuing customers.
In 2008 – Adept Solutions, Inc. has over 2000 satisfied customers and nominated Best of Yuba-Sutter by the Appeal Democrat. Managed Services division is created.
In 2009 – Adept Solutions, Inc. has over 3000 satisfied customers. Geoff Granger becomes facilities manager for Yuba City location.
In 2010 – Adept Solutions, Inc. has over 3500 satisfied customers. Jason redesigns website and announces retail sales and services portal to provide their growing base of customers access to 24 x7 x 365 Computer Sales, Service and Support.
